Sweet Escape features a spacious bedroom with king size double bed, bathroom (separate shower and toilet) separate laundry room, and open kitchen with island. The kitchen provides a microwave, a stove, a refrigerator with ice maker, a Nespresso machine, a toaster, a coffee machine, and more. The living room has a variable outdoor or indoor seating area (sliding door) with a fantastic view of the lake.

New and lovingly furnished in modern Florida style. The colorful and bright apartment can be your beautiful ‘holiday resort’. The apartment is located in a gated condominium in the middle of Naples, yet quiet and cozy, just a few minutes’ drive from the beautiful beaches and a few minutes’ walk from restaurants and shops.

On approx. 860 Square feet (80 square meters) the apartment offers everything to guarantee you a dreamlike and unforgettable vacation.

The entire apartment is brightly tiled. The former balcony was integrated into the apartment and can be opened by a glass sliding door to the lake, so that you have the impression to be directly in the nature only a few steps from the lake.

The apartment is on the second floor, which guarantees a wide view of the lake.

Spend a relaxing evening ‘above’ the lake, in your bright living room, equipped with a flat screen TV, a comfortable sofa and a cozy armchair. Or simply enjoy the fantastic lake view from one of the wicker armchairs in the open area by candlelight and a good glass of wine.

Observe birds, fish, turtles, squirrels, duck families and many other wonderful animals that live freely in the complex.

Equipment

Your kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to make life comfortable: a dishwasher, a refrigerator with ice maker, a microwave, a coffee maker, a toaster, Nespresso machine, and a stove. You will also find plenty of cutlery, dishes, pans and pots and everything else you need for cooking.

The Master Bedroom impresses with its lake view, a King Size Bed, and a flat-screen TV.

Your bathroom is divided into a wash area with washbasin and mirror and a separate shower area with a large tiled shower with glass divider.

The apartment is located in the beautiful tropical gated community ‘Naples Bath & Tennis’ in the heart of Naples.

For your convenience we offer Keyless Entry access to the apartment. A code will then serve as your apartment key during your stay.

The apartment has a shaded parking space.

A Garmin navigation system is provided free of charge. Therefore, you do not need to book a navigation device with the car rental company and can save about $12.00 per day!

Right in the neighborhood you have grocery stores, department stores such as Target, Wal-Mart, TJ Maxx, Ross, Bealls, etc. Restaurants such as Applebee’s, Steak and Shake, etc. are also within walking distance.

The large shower is completely tiled and separated from the toilet room by a glass partition above a half-height wall. The spacious washbasin area is completely separated by a door, with built-in washbasin with drawers, large, brightly lit mirror and hairdryer. Towels in various sizes are provided in sufficient quantities.

1 Parking space is available. Unfortunately, the community does not allow parking of pick-up truck vehicles or motorhomes overnight (from 5 p.m.) on the parking lots in the complex.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellation Policy: If the Guest wishes to cancel his/her reservation, a written notice must be provided to the Owner. Should the Guest cancel the agreement prior to arrival without offering a replacement tenant under the same terms, the tenant is responsible for paying the following percentages of the rental amount to cover losses as long as a rental to another party is not possible:

25% of the rental amount if cancelled 90 days prior to the Check-In Date

50% of the rental amount if cancelled 45 days prior to the Check-In Date

100% of the rental amount if cancelled 30 days prior to the Check-In Date

Within thirty (30) days prior to the Check-In Date, all moneys paid except the Cleaning Fee and applicable sales tax on that Cleaning Fee are non-refundable.

Note: There are NO REFUNDS for hurricanes, tropical storms or weather conditions, even if a mandatory evacuation is ordered (optional travel insurance is available to the Guests through a third party. Guests ASSUME THE RISK).

If the Property is sold by the Owner and will no longer be available for use as a vacation rental, then the Owner shall notify the Guests in writing at least thirty (30) days prior to the start of the Rental Term, and the Guests shall receive a full refund of all amounts paid as full and complete satisfaction in cancellation of this Contract.

If the Property is rendered untenantable during the Rental Term due to no cause of the Guests, then the Owner shall refund to the Guests an amount pro-rated for the period of the Rental Term for which the Property is rendered untenantable.

Naples is located on the beautiful fine sandy Gulf Coast of Florida and is a well-known elite city. Enjoy the well-kept white sandy beaches and experience many luxurious boutiques and shops in Naples. There are outdoor shopping malls such as The Village on Venetian Bay, the Tin City Waterfront Shops and large malls such as the Coastland Center. Almost every street leads to a beautiful sandy beach. The landmark of Naples is the Fishing Pier from 1887. Dolphins can be seen almost all year round.
