About us
We are Hedi and Rainer Simko, two Bavarians who felt drawn to Florida for decades.
The Caribbean beaches, the weather, the sea, the nature, and the warmth of the people are the reasons why we come back to Florida a couple times a year.
We travelled through the entire sunshine state and then chose Naples on the Gulf of Mexico to be our second home. From the very first moment, we were thrilled by the beauty of this well-kept luxurious city, the impressive sunsets, numerous golf courses, and 5th Avenue (downtown) with its stylish restaurants (often live music), and its noble boutiques and art galleries.
The unique nature of the Everglades located on the outskirts of the city entice you to explore. – simply beautiful! and always an experience!
We visit Naples at least twice a year, but as German landlords our visits are of course not limited to relaxation, beach, and golf. During our stays we also take care of the maintenance and beautification of our properties.
We want our guests to enjoy their vacation without any trouble or stress and find their vacation home in perfect condition.
Our two children Romy and Dennis support us very much.
We have found our paradise in Naples and we would love to share it with you!

Wir haben in dieser Villa einen wirklich paradiesischen Familienurlaub gemacht. Das gepflegte Haus, die angenehme Umgebung und nicht zuletzt das tolle Wetter waren einfach wunderbar! Alles, was man benötigen könnte ist vorhanden – auch, wenn man es vorher noch nicht gewusst hat. Wir beneiden alle, die nach uns kommen.
Wir möchten hier eine positive Bewertung abgeben. Das Ferienhaus entsprach voll und ganz der Beschreibung. Wir waren mit zwei Ehepaaren. Durch die großzügige Aufteilung hatte jeder seine Privatsphäre. Es ist alles super sauber. Super Terrasse mit schönem Pool mit Seeblick. Public/Walmart alles in nächster Nähe. Die Ausstattung incl. Strand-Utensilien war überdurchschnittlich. WLAN super ! Zu den Stränden (Lowdermilk Park / Marco Island) benötigt man mit dem Auto ca. 20 Minuten. Die Betreuung durch Herrn Ketzler war sehr persönlich. Wir empfehlen alles uneingeschränkt weiter.
Everything was fantastic in this villa. Hedi and Rainer really have thought of everything that anyone could possibly want or need during their stay. We instantly felt ‘at home’ – something which doesn’t always happen on a villa holiday! We’ve stayed at Lely Resort once before so already know how fabulous the Players Club and Spa is!
Next time we come to Naples we will definitely re book and we will have absolutely no hesitation in recommending this beautiful villa to our friends and family.
